After preparation, the goods will be sent via Pishtaz Post, Special Courier (for Yazd city) or reputable shipping companies.
Packaging and Security
All orders are shipped in confidential, shockproof packaging and fully insured.
To maintain security, the contents of the package are not visible and no sign of gold is placed on it.
Order Tracking
After shipping, you will be sent a tracking code via SMS or email so that you can track the status of your order through the postal company's system.
Responsibilities
Please check the package when the goods are delivered. In case of any damage caused by shipping, please notify our support immediately.
